Master Planning, Design, Management & Execution of Industrial Projects – Galil Group
A structured, end-to-end framework from initial conceptualization and feasibility evaluation to full commercial site operation:
-
Master Planning & Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies: Early-stage evaluation of engineering, operational, and financial parameters—identifying constraints and risks, optimizing capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures, and establishing data-driven insights for investment decisions.
-
Conceptual & Basic Engineering: Translating commercial goals into a defined engineering roadmap. Incorporating technology evaluation, multi-disciplinary integration, and alignment of safety and budget parameters within a Stage-Gate methodology prior to detailed design.
-
Detailed Engineering: Authoring full execution and tender documentation packages (Issued for Construction / IFC) entirely in-house. Workscopes include P&IDs, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ISO compliance, and 3D BIM spatial coordination/clash detection.
-
Construction Management & Site Supervision: Direct field leadership from site mobilization through contractor management, quality and safety enforcement (QA/QC & HSE), equipment acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), budget control, and schedule management.
-
Comprehensive Project Management: Operating under a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) approach to synchronize consultants, vendors, and construction contractors—incorporating real-time risk management, Critical Path Method (CPM) tracking, and strict financial monitoring.
-
Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) & Training: Ensuring a seamless transition to commercial operation via cold/hot commissioning, validation protocol execution for regulated industries (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ per GMP/FDA standards), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) authoring, and operational team training.
